Purple bilberry porridge
Oatmeal porridge is the most typical breakfast in Nordic countries and it indeed is a great start for your day! Try this oatmeal bowl with a tropical twist - it surely keeps you going until the lunch break.
1 cup of water or milk
1 cup of oatmeal
pinch of sea salt
Mix water, milk and oatmeal and bring to the boil. Simmer for a few mins and add salt if you like. Pour into bowl. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Nordic Wild Foods bilberry powder and mix it in. Top with goji berries, pitaya, cashew nuts and any other toppings of your choice.
