Easy chia pudding
This is our favourite snack: it is good for you and super easy to prepare! The best thing is that you can store the puddings in the fridge for a whole week and grab one when you (or the kids) are hungry.
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Plant based milk
1-2 teaspoons of berry powder
Toppings of your choice, e.g. fresh berries and peanut butter
Pour ingredients in a glass or jar and mix well. Let settle for a few minutes and then mix again to avoid clumping. Store in fridge overnight or at least for 2 hours. Add with you favourite toppings, such as peanut butter and blueberries, and enjoy cold.
