Nordic Wild Foods is committed to providing the best quality range of products and fulfilling your orders is very important to us. However, there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second delivery to be made (e.g. an incorrect address was provided) we will attempt to redeliver and you will not be charged. However, a redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. If Nordic Wild Foods is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
If we require you to return goods to Nordic Wild Foods, we will arrange for the return shipping costs to be paid by us. If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs incurred.
Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of Nordic Wild Foods and it may take approximately 5-7 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
