The green monster

Green monster smoothie made with spinach, avocado and red berries powder

The classic Green Monster is one of our favourite smoothies: great for breakfast or for extra energy before workout.

¼ cups of coconut milk or other non-dairy milk
1 cup of baby spinach
1 avocado
1 banana (frozen and chopped into chunks)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1-2 teaspoons of Nordic Wild Foods berry powder
2-3 ice cubes 

Add the ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
